Last updated: 20 August 2026. This policy applies to mrsiridevelopers.com and describes how MR SIRI Developers (“we”, “us”) handles information submitted through this website. By submitting a form on this site you consent to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only what you give us and the technical minimum needed to respond well:

• Enquiry and site-visit forms — name, phone number, email address (where provided), the project you are interested in, an approximate budget range, a preferred visit date or contact time, and any message you write.
• Partner applications — name, phone number, city of operation, years of experience and (optionally) a company or agency name.
• Technical details attached to a submission — the page you submitted from, referrer, UTM campaign tags, IP address, browser and device characteristics (user agent, platform, viewport, language, timezone). These help us respond in context and protect the forms from abuse.
• Analytics — this site is analytics-ready but no behavioural analytics are active today. If we enable an analytics tool in future, this policy will be updated first and any applicable consent will be requested.

Why we collect it

• Responding to your enquiry with relevant project information.
• Scheduling and coordinating site visits, including chauffeur pickup where offered.
• Processing partner-programme applications.
• Sending you a confirmation email of your submission when you provide an email address.
• Protecting the website against spam and abuse (rate limiting, honeypot checks).

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or third-party advertising.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) with row-level security; access is restricted to the MR SIRI sales and partnerships team. The website is hosted on Vercel and transactional email is delivered through Resend from noreply@mrsiridevelopers.com. Hosting regions are chosen for reliability; where an India-region option is available for a service we use, we prefer it.

Who it is shared with

Your details are used by our internal sales and partnerships team. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Limited data is processed by the infrastructure providers named above strictly to operate this website (hosting, database, email delivery). We may disclose information where required by law or a competent authority.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and application records are retained while your enquiry is active and for up to 3 years thereafter for follow-up, bookkeeping and legal-compliance purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records connected to a completed transaction may be retained longer where the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information.
• Withdraw consent to be contacted at any time — one email or call is enough.
